First edition. Co-bound first two volumes of Travels to Italy by Joseph Kremer (1806-1875), polyhistorian and encyclopedist. The author included his impressions of his stay in Trieste, Venice, Padua and Verona, among other places. The contents are supplemented by numerous woodcuts.
