Unwarranted rubbing of binding, tear at spine, in places no. Traces of soiling and yellowish spots on pages. Good condition, page edges gilt. Very rare. Jan Tomasz Koncewicz (1795-1859) - lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute. He belonged to the Industrial Council of the Governmental Commission for Internal and Spiritual Affairs of the Kingdom of Poland and was a member of the Cracow Scientific Society. He belonged to the editorial board of the "Warsaw Library," placed his articles in the "Universal Calendar" and the "Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural Correspondent," and from 1842 was editor of the "Yearbooks of the National Economy."
