Signal - German magazine, the press organ of the Propaganda Department of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, published from 1940 to 1945.
The magazine was modeled on the American illustrated magazines "Life" and "National Geographic".
It was intended for both frontline soldiers and readers outside the Third Reich.
This issue contains the official report compiled by twelve European experts on the Katyn murder .
"We have seen the most grisly sight of corpses that has ever existed. Polish officers were murdered," declared the Swiss delegate, Professor Naville of Geneva.
