The collection of Polish graphics, which covers the years 1901-1939, is the first subject of a series of projected catalogs of the collections of the Graphics Cabinet of the National Museum in Wroclaw. Launched in 1946, the modest set of works grew over time through donations, artists' gifts and systematic purchases, completing the works of the most outstanding artists. The collected works, as supplementary material, were often exhibited in their own expositions (Artes 1929-1934) or loaned for exhibitions to various museums (Expressionism in Polish graphics). Currently, the collection includes 812 engravings, and among them are many unique and valuable ones.
