Michał Gabriel Karski (often signed in publications as Gabriel Karski; born April 12, 1895 in Warsaw, died April 1, 1978 in Warsaw) - Polish translator and poet. Studied Polish and Romance studies at Warsaw University. He studied violin at the Warsaw Conservatory. He worked as secretary to Gabriel Narutowicz. During World War II he was active in the Home Army. After the war he worked for the Polish Radio. He made his debut as a poet in 1914. He was also a translator from French. He is buried in the Powązki cemetery in Warsaw (cemetery section 123-5-3).
