The two-volume (four-part) Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, published in Warsaw between 1873 and 1874 in the outhouse of Michał Glücksberg, is a Polish translation from the Latin Vulgate text by Jakób Wujek. It is one of the largest and most impressive editions of the Bible, decorated with 230 woodcuts by French painter and printmaker Gustave Doré.
