Luxurious large-format publication devoted to Polish-Hungarian relations, consisting of monographic articles by Polish and Hungarian authors, with large full-page portraits of Regent Horthy, President Mościcki and Marshal Piłsudski. About the medal on the front cover, the publisher wrote: "The convex medal placed on the outer cover of the binding of this book is a copy of the medal, minted at the Polish state mint to commemorate Marshal Pilsudski's reopening of the university in Vilnius, founded by King Stefan Batory. The original medal is the idea of Professor Ruszczyc, and was made by the artist-sculptor Balzukiewicz. Permission to place the medal was granted by Professor Szymanski, rector of Vilnius University." Several hundred illustrations in the text and on plates.
