A set of seven drawings of Hutsul types, made in 1897-1912 by painter Stanislaw Daczynski (b. 1856, d. ?) - in the 1870s he studied in Cracow under, among others, Wladyslaw Luszczkiewicz, Feliks Szynalewski, and later also Jan Matejko (until 1884). In 1888 he took a job as a drawing teacher at the School of Ceramic Industry in Kolomyia. He painted in oil and watercolor, mainly historical and genre paintings, as well as portraits. He exhibited many times in Cracow, Lviv, Warsaw and Poznan.
Format of the largest drawing 13x20.5 cm, the smallest 5.5x9 cm. Good condition (small stains and paper underlining, a tear in one drawing). In the lower right corners, the artist noted places of residence (including Jaworniki, Żabie, Jabłonica) and dates. On two he placed a signature.
