An album presenting forgotten, little known or completely unknown works of modern art indispensable especially for every lover and collector of numismatic art. To them, Goslawski's works are no strangers, even if few people remember his name. The 5 zloty with a fisherman is the most famous coin of the People's Republic of Poland, and in circulation were also the 10 zloty with Copernicus, or the 100 zloty with Mieszko and Dabrowka, considered the most beautiful. Today, however, every visitor to Żelazowa Wola has the opportunity to stop in front of the monument to Frederic Chopin, designed by Gosławski and standing there since 1969. The album recalls the life and silhouette of the artist, shows him in a new light, and most of all presents many of his extraordinary and very diverse works. The authors of the essays and the catalog of works included in it introduce various aspects of Goslawski's work - from monumental sculpture through medals and coins to unique Christmas tree toys. Many of these works are preserved only in drafts. It's really a pity that the Pilsudski sarcophagus or the charming Prus monument were not realized. The album is also not short of anecdotes, after all, it would be strange if the creator of excellent caricatures did not have a sense of humor.... The documentary part includes a catalog of works, and a list of exhibitions and competitions in which the artist participated.
