October 1868, is dedicated by the author". Agaton Giller (1831-1887) - independence activist, Siberian exile, member and president of the National Government in 1863. "The articles that I am including in the collection under the title "From Exile" were written in Siberia [...] in free moments from scientific research and gainful employment.
