Characteristic errors in text layout and punctuation, probably due to the suddenness of the events in the Polish capital and Marshal Pilsudski's initiation of military action.

"The anarchic and criminal agitation carried out in certain military centers has produced reprehensible and shameful results. A number of military units, stupefied by false information and duped by deceitful falsified orders, succumbed to the persuasions of the conspiracy rebels, broke their soldier's oath, violated discipline and terminated their obedience to the legitimate government of the Republic of Poland."
