Condition: binding frayed, spine frayed with top part torn off, gilt and corners frayed, description and numbers [library numbers? "B.S.A. S.I. 573a"] on spine and inside on pastedown, inside pastedown, unnumbered pages with handwritten notes [dated], several pages with fragments marked in red crayon and annotations in pencil, otherwise good condition.
Inside, among other things: no. 66: additional salaries for archivists, seizure of suppressed property, on fees on shows, regulations on civilian uniforms with classification of officials in the Kingdom of Poland(in Polish and Russian); no. 67: regulations on the arrangement of property passing to private ownership, Law on Nobility in the Kingdom of Poland, rights and obligations of resettlers from the Empire to the Kingdom and the Kingdom to the Empire.
