Good condition, slight rubbing of binding, bibl stamp. Jadwiga Łuszczewska, literary pseudonym Deotyma (1834 - 1908) - Polish Romantic poetess and novelist, improviser. Julian Maszyński (1847 - 1901) - Polish painter and illustrator. He painted genre and historical scenes, landscapes and portraits. As a cartoonist, he collaborated with "Tygodnik Ilustrowanym", among others, and wrote book illustrations, including for Zofia Urbanowska's novel "Atlanta" and Eliza Orzeszkowa's "Interrupted Song".
