Léon Denis (born January 1, 1846 in Foug (France), died March 12, 1927 in Tours) - spiritualist philosopher and, along with Gabriel Delanne and Camille Flammarion, one of the most important continuators of spiritualist thought after the death of Allan Kardec. He participated in conferences and international spiritualist congresses throughout Europe. He actively defended the idea that the soul, already devoid of a physical body, continues its life after death. He also wrote extensively on the ethical and philosophical implications of this theory in his works.
