Booklet with minor damage to extreme pages, characteristic brown staining of paper in places; box somewhat soiled and rubbed, nevertheless good condition overall. No. 7 card missing, replaced by a xeroxed print. Black and white illustrations by Marja Strasburger. Booklet includes table of contents, preface, technical information and list of recipes. The 495 stiff sheets with holes in the left margins, presumably for mounting in a binder, contain 702 recipes for preparing food. A special piece probably made on the order of J. Dużyńska (stamp. on the face of the box and the backs of the recipe cards). A rare variant of the cookbook.
