The cover was designed by Zofia Stryjeńska. Published in French catalog of the Polish section at the Great International Exhibition of Decorative Arts and Design in Paris. The decoration of the Polish pavilion, which consisted of a series of Twelve Month s (6 paintings, 2 months per canvas), showing rural work characteristic of each month, was done by Zofia Stryjeńska. This work brought the artist European fame and 5 awards of the World Exhibition.

The typographical layout of the catalog was prepared by Ludwik Gardowski.
