Proprietary stamps, initial pages heavily clipped (without interference with the text), browning in places, title page with a small tear and traces of staining, otherwise good condition. The book dedicated to King Henry de Valois in the first part contains a short biography of Krasinski. Further on, it is divided into two books, the first of which contains a description of the Polish state, including the borders, customs and origins of the Poles, the political system, the military, etc. The second book, on the other hand, deals with Lithuania and its people, Ruthenia, Prussia, Mazovia, Samogitia and Inflants.
