From the collection of Wladyslaw Palucki(1905-1989) - historian, regionalist (especially Zyrardow and surrounding areas), major of the Polish Army(initially as a reservist, during WWII. After getting to London, he headed the Scientific and Descriptive Branch for the Ministry of Defense. W.P. returned to Poland in 1947 , from 1953 he was associated with the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where for more than 20 years he directed the Department of Historical Atlas.
