Our national HONOR requires that our Legions going into the field lack nothing of what they need, and that they be in a position to meet the task for which they have been called. In order to achieve this goal, the Supreme National Committee deems it appropriate to appeal to the patriotic feelings and generosity of the entire Society [...].
