Clean proceeds earmarked for the restoration of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Lviv: In 1904 in Lviv, on the occasion of the jubilee of the proclamation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a Marian Congress was held. At a session of the faculty of the "Children of Mary" congregation, an initiative was taken to commemorate this event in the Jubilee Year with a unique foundation: "let us adorn the Mother of God in the Jesuit church, before whom we pray so eagerly, with a more beautiful crown as she has it now; let us cover her with gold and jewels from our ornaments and family heirlooms. On June 2, 1904, a proclamation was published by the congregation's president, Kazimiera of Badenich Niezabitowska, addressed to Polish women to join in the pious work, with a sacrifice not so much financial, but: [...] what you have in gold that is superfluous, some of the jewels that have not been worn for a long time, trinkets that are damaged but nevertheless valuable, precious crumbs, coins... all this will form a magnificent crown, which you will adorn the temples of the One who will pardon you for the salvation of your souls, the salvation of your homeland with the Lord above the Lord.
