Jacek Sienicki (1928, Warsaw - 2000, Warsaw) From 1948 to 1954, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He received his diploma in the studio of Prof. Artur Nacht- Samborski. For the next 13 years he worked at the academy as an assistant professor, later continuing his teaching activities as an associate professor and professor. He made his debut in 1955 at the National Exhibition of Young Visual Arts "Against War - Against Fascism" at the Warsaw Arsenal. Winner of the Kamil Cyprian Norwid Award (1975), Jan Cybis Award (1983), Alfred Jurzykowski Foundation. Important artists for Sienicki were Artur Nacht-Samborski, Olga Boznańska and Witold Wojtkiewicz.
