ZANDBERG D. - German historians in the service of German imperialism. Warsaw 1950; Czytelnik. 8, pp. 30, [1]. broch. Bibliot. Scientific "Prostu", pp. 28.
Good condition. On the title page a dedication to a delegate to the Third Municipal Conference of the ZMP in Poznan. Translated from the Russian. The text originally appeared in "Voprosy Istorii." The final conclusion reads, "The experience of the early stage of the organization of the German science of history by capital, followed until the beginning of the second imperialist war with great interest by the reactionary circles of the United States, that is, that country where the further stage of the subordination of science to the interests of capitalist monopolies is realized on the widest scale. And in the present era, the American reaction is trying to salvage [...] for its personal imperialist purposes whatever remains of German fascism. The flattering assessment that the American reaction bestows on the legacy of German reactionary historians - is therefore fully understandable."
