[MAŁCUŻYŃSKI Witold]. Handwritten dedication by Witold Malcuzynski on tourist brochure.
Minor spine creases, good condition. English-language brochure "Poland" (Warsaw 1937) dedicated to the tourist values of Poland. On the front cover a handwritten inscription by a prominent pianist: "In memory of Witold Małcużyński". Two color cover compositions by Tadeusz Piotrowski (whose name is given next to that of the Circle of Advertising Graphic Artists KAGR). Inside, several red and black ornaments by Kazimierz Mann (Rypson II 192 - mistakenly attributed to H. Mund).
W. Malcuzynski (1914-1977) - pianist, winner of the third prize at the Third International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition (1937). After the competition, he went to Paris for a few months, and probably signed his newly published booklet there.
