BLACK Stefan - Truman's fourth point. Warsaw 1950, Książka i Wiedza. 8, s. 32, [3]. Brochure. Bibliot. League for the Fight against Racism.
Very good condition. Stamp. Propaganda Department of "Books and Knowledge", inventory notes. Relates to the 4th point of the program presented in the inaugural speech of Truman's presidency. In it he called on all Americans to provide economic aid to developing countries. S. Black's pamphlet contains, among other things: The economic basis of the new action of U.S. imperialism, "The Fourth Point" in light of the practice of U.S. expansion, Why capitalism cannot lead to the development of economically backward countries. The publication targeted against the Marshall Plan - completely unnecessary, since, as the author writes, "during the years of the two Stalinist quintuplets, industrial production in Tajikistan expanded 200 times compared to the pre-revolutionary level."
