Only after gaining Autonomy, the newly arranged National High School Council [...] permitted [...] the gradual opening of a four-grade lower Gymnasium in Jaslo [...]. Information about the opening of a school in Jaslo and an appeal to parents "who have youngsters for the first grade of junior high school, to send them to Jaslo, where placement and life are cheaper, and supervision of young people is easier, rather than in larger cities to schools". Piece of the proclamation addressed to the parish in Staroklęska. A section of the page with the recipient's address cut off, otherwise good condition.
