Condition: stain from top staple, 2 staples removed(loose pages), smaller stains, discoloration, dampstaining, soiling, small cracks and creases in margins, entries in purple crayon/pencil on front and back cover, traces of pencil notes on cover, after gas disinfection(fumigation).

Brochure published in December 1918, before the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the First Legislative Term (held January 26, 1919). It discusses, among other things, the history of the Democratic National Party, as well as in general terms the main program assumptions in various areas(state system, domestic policy, economics, agriculture, education).
