Cover illustration, initials, vignettes and plates in woodcut by Stanislaw Jakubowski. Title and text in Polish, French and English. Published in 3,000 copies. On the plates, stylized images of pagan idols and sacred places, reflected in precise woodcut on yellow tint: Svyatovit, Svarozh, Radgost, Bielboh and Czarnboh, Triglav, Rugievit, Jarovit, Zywia, Prowe, Porenut, Lada, Marzana, Perun, Dazboh, Stryboh, Velees, Chors, Mokosh, Simargl, Pereplut, Arkona. In the text and on the title page black vignettes and finials and red printed decorative initials. In total, "Gods of the Slavs" contains 132 engravings: a woodcut of the title on the front cover of the booklet (statue of Sviatovit), a vignette "Retra, the Slavic Acropolis" on the title page, 43 black vignettes and finials, 66 red woodcut initials, and 21 plates. The text (trilingual) is based on rich literature on the subject (the bibliography includes 19 Polish and foreign items).
