Volumes 2-8: board binding, white leather of the period with blind embossing, metal buckles (only one buckle each survived in volumes 4 and 7), paper stickers on the spines. Grodzicki's most important works are the theological and moral treatises offered, which are a complete record of quadruple sermons on the guiding themes of the liturgical year. Grodzicki S. (1541-1613), Jesuit, one of the leaders of the Counter-Reformation in Poland. At the urging of Hosius, he became a priest. Theologian, preacher, missionary among the Lutheran population of Lithuania, chancellor of the Vilna Academy. He tried to win over Dmitry Samozwaniec to the Roman Catholic faith. As a ruthlessly orthodox theologian, he was part of the commission that censored Wujek's bible. Very rare in the complete set.964.
