Late 19th century, early 20th century. Unusual hunting style pocket watch setting, medallion form, hunting trophy in the shape of a buck's head and hunting attributes such as a bifocals, binoculars and a hunting hat, components comprising a wall clock, most likely the object represents a hunting prize or souvenir.
The reverse is decorated, covered with red enamel with visible losses and damages, at the bottom of the main medallion you can see a shield with the coat of arms of Prussia and a commemorative plaque "Hampelbaude 1200 M, Riesengeb, Beucht AM 4 VI 1933 " - this is the first name of the hostel PTTK Strzecha Akademicka in Karpacz.
On the cob of the clock's rifle, a commemorative plaque with the inscription " Carolath-Beuthen geb. d. 23 Januar 1769 ". Most likely, the plaque as well as the clock are connected with one of the oldest families in Silesia, the von Schönaich family, and a place mentioned in history going back to the 13th century.
