Author under pseudonym MIR - Dictionary of Literary Pseudonyms and Press Studies Zeszyty Prasoznawcze state that it may be about Michał Niemir, according to UMK in Torun the brochure was written by Kazimierz Murawiecki.
Propaganda brochure published on the eve of the outbreak of World War II. with a striking color cover, reminding the history of Polish-German relations in the context of a possible future conflict "We have received "tributes" in the past, but we have not paid tribute and will not pay tribute to anyone." Description of the front cover on the last page: The illustration on the cover depicts the monument to Wladyslaw Jagiello against the background of Poland's current and historical borders - erected in Cracow in 1910, on the 600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald. At the bottom of the monument - a depiction of a Polish soldier dealing with a Teutonic descendant. The monument was founded at his own expense by the greatest of living Poles - a great patriot and of great merit to Poland - Ignacy Paderewski.
Good condition: small cracks, tears, rubbing, soiling and creases on cover and spine, on p. 15 a 6-line correction of text was pasted over, on title page a pencil annotation by Rev. Nowakowski, Torun.
