[WOJSKO - 1st World War - BELINA-PRAZMOWSKIWladyslaw]. Handwritten postal card, addressed to Rotmistrz Władysław Belina-Prażmowski of the cavalry of the 1st Brigade of the Polish Legions, sent from the town of Hlubočepa (now Prague) by Stefania Długoszowska, dated. 21 IV 1915.
Postal correspondence field card form. 9x14 cm (with a view of Zlota street in Prague), sent as Feldpost no. 118 (field mail of the 1st Brigade of the Legions). Dlugoszowska informs about her stay in Prague and plans for the future ("Prague in the spring really wonderful - but how much more beautiful Goats. May you do well my dearest. Both Belinka's hands I squeeze tightly"). Very good condition.
Stefania Calvas, primo voto Długoszowska, secundo voto Skotnicka (1886-1934) - opera singer, first wife of Bolesław Wieniawa-Długoszowski, divorced, from 1919 married to Stanisław Grzmot-Skotnicki.
Władysław Belina-Prażmowski (1888-1938) - founder of the Polish cavalry, officer of the Riflemen's Association, during World War 1 commander of the 1st regiment of lancers of the Polish Legions, colonel of the Polish Army, conqueror of Vilnius in 1919, president of Cracow (1931-33), voivode of Lviv (1933-37).
Boleslaw Wieniawa-Dlugoszowski (1881-1942) - Major General of the Polish Army, adjutant to Jozef Pilsudski, officer of the 1st Brigade of the Polish Legions, cavalryman, commander of the 1st Cavalry Regiment, Polish ambassador to Rome, one of the most colorful figures of the Second Republic.
Kozy - the place where Belina-Prażmowski's cavalry was stationed from 24 I to 28 II 1915 during the rest of the units of the 1st Brigade near Kęty.
