Cover slightly dusty, inside very good condition. Handwritten dedication by the author in the form of a four-line poem to actress Halina Kwiatkowska: "In Cracow, which has not been moved / Neither by time, nor by the Tartar's wedge / There is one small museum / No worse than in Brugges - Memling's". There is also about a steel mill being erected near Krakow at the time: "Tomorrow Krakow's towers / Like heads sunk in mists / Will open their eyes wide / To the most magnificent steelworks."
