Single-sided print on sheet 99.8x69.5 cm. Placard announcing the establishment of the NKN and appealing for participation and generosity in the campaign to raise funds for the Legions. At the end, information about the collection point (8 Poselska St. in Cracow) and the possibility of receiving iron rings there in exchange for gold ones. Text of the placard as on the flyer below. Traces of folding, edge creases, small tears and losses. According to a note appearing on the back of another piece of the placard (Rara Avis auction no. 118, item 485), the print run was 40 pieces. Rare.
