Commemorative MEDAL Marshal Joseph Pilsudski 1930.
Medal in bronze, diameter 55 mm, ear with attachment for hanging. On the obverse a profile of Piłsudski's head to the left, in the rim an inscription: MARSZAŁEK JÓZEF PIŁSUDSKI. On the reverse a map of the Second Republic, in the rim an inscription: BY THE VALOR OF THE SOLDIER - BY THE EFFORT OF THE NATION - BY THE GENIUS OF THE COMMANDER. In the upper part dates: 1920-1930 18/X.
Condition bdb. Medal commemorating the 10th anniversary of the end of the Polish-Soviet War, designed by Jozef Aumiller (1892-1963) medalist and sculptor, designer of postage stamps of coins and medals, professor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
