Signet seal field with engraved coat of arms - square, with beveled corners. The rail is wide, slightly convex.
The Szembek family was an old count family, owning estates mainly in Malopolska and Greater Poland. The family produced numerous voivodes and bishops in the Old Polish period. From the period of the sigil's execution came Jan Szembek, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Second Republic.
