Mesh in the form of a rectangular shield. On it the motif of the Cross of Independence and an eagle breaking the chain. On the periphery the inscription: FOR INDEPENDENCE AND SOCIALISM 1795 - 1918. On the ring one can see a decorative motif in the form of a chain and oak leaves. On the inner side engraved number 71 and initials RB. The inner diameter of the signet ring is 19 mm. Made of silver.
