2) The shipping time of the objects from the posting of the payment by BB Gallery is usually from 2 days to 9 working days. In extreme cases of late shipment, after 10 working days after the payment is credited, BB Gallery undertakes to refund 2% of the auctioned amount of the object to the buyer, and for each additional 5 working days of delayed shipment an additional 2% compensation.
3) BB Gallery reserves the right to make a full refund, i.e. 100% of the amount paid to the buyer up to 5 working days and not to ship the object if the payment is not made by 72 hours after the end of the auction on the Onebid platform.

to the e-mail address, provided on the Onebid platform, i.e.: [email protected], up to 72 hours from the end of the auction, the waiting time for the payment to be credited is extended.
In exceptional cases when, for example, a given item auctioned by the buyer is sold stationary at BB Gallery on the day of the auction, BB Gallery reserves the right not to fulfill the order and return the full amount to the seller up to 5 working days, while granting a discount of 3% applicable to 1 order to be used in the completed auction or subsequent ones realized by BB Gallery.
