Central scene in an arcaded niche, depicting the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, with the figure of the Savior, hovering over the empty tomb, with his arms outstretched, holding the Cross in his left hand; on the sides kneeling Angels Around 12 outer quarters showing scenes of the main Holy Days of the Orthodox Liturgical Year: Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Presentation of Mary in the Temple, Annunciation, Christmas, Insertion of Jesus into the Temple, Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan, Entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, Transfiguration on Mount Tabor, Ascension of Jesus Christ, Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Elevation of the Cross of the Lord, Holy Trinity of the Old Testament. The border of the icon is gilded, with a braided motif, with rosettes in the corners.
