Chairs with rounded, full backs of the backrest, narrower at the top and widening towards the bottom, passing into seats gently recessed in the middle, supported from the front on two legs at the bottom passing through and connected by a semicircular bracket - support;

Steen Ostergaard Danish artist, furniture designer. Already during his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, he received many awards for his furniture designs. From 1966 he ran his own studio designing plastic furniture for mass production. These designs were characterized not only by modern design, but also by adjustment to the human anatomy. The featured design, called the "cantilever chair," was made in 6 colors: white, black, gray, blue, red and yellow. They were produced by the Nielaus furniture factory in Bramming (founded 1959), which is still in operation today.
