Mechanism in rectangular brass plates, with spring tension with spindle catch, pendulum regulator, system of beating hours and half-hours; front plate covered in relief: dense ornament with signboard with Chinese ideograms, enamel dial with Roman numerals of hours, Arabic numerals of minutes, on the back plate engraved with the same ideograms as on the front plate.
