Graphic artist, painter and illustrator. In 1917-25, he studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the
Warsaw University of Technology. He studied painting techniques at the École Supérieur des
Beaux-Arts. As a graphic artist, he collaborated with magazines, including "Skamander" (from 1920) and
"Literary Life" (from 1924). He designed advertisements for many companies, including Wedel and Orbis. His
advertising posters are excellent examples of art deco style. In his paintings of the late
1950s he alluded to the aesthetics of cubism. In the late 1960s.
