The artist was born in 1974 in Katowice, Poland. She is a graduate of the University of the West of England - Bower Ashton in Bristol; she received her undergraduate degree in the painting studio of Dr. Iain Biggs in 1997. She also graduated from Byam Shaw School of Art, Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. She completed her diploma in painting under the supervision of Dr. Douglas Allsop in 1998.She was the recipient of scholarships from the University of the West of England in Bristol and the Byam Shaw School of Art in London, and completed a one-year Lancaster Foundation residency at the Underground Art Centre in Clitheroe, U.K. in 2004/2005.She is the originator of the "Incidents" international artist residencies carried out in Poland, the U.K., the Czech Republic and Norway. The artist is a laureate of the regulatory distinction in the 40th Biennale of Painting "Bielska Jesień 2011" and also a finalist in the 38th edition of the same Biennale. She also participated in the art fair "Supermarket Art Fair 2013" in Kulturhuset, Stockholm, Sweden in 2013; in the exhibition "2B in Bielsko-Biala. Double pleasure from Poland" - Agija Sūna Art Gallery, Riga, Latvia in 2013; in the 2nd Triennial of Contemporary Painting "Autumn Confrontations" at BWA Rzeszow in 2010. She is a co-founder of "Szara" gallery and "Gallery 12" in Cieszyn and the School of Art and Thinking in Cieszyn. Her works are in gallery and private collections in Poland and abroad.
