Wladyslaw Grabski (1874-1938)-economist, historian, member of the National Democracy party, Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, briefly in 1920 and in 1923-1925, during his second government significant reforms were carried out (including currency, treasury/fiscal, concordat with the Vatican).

Condition: binding soiled, lightly rubbed, stains on back, inside paper yellowed, minor soiling, creases, single spots, ownership entries in pen: a) illegible on pre-title page from 1931, b) on title page: Zbyszycki.
