He studied painting in the studio of Prof. Jan Lis.
He received his diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1979 at the Interior Design Department.
In 1981, the first major exhibition in Zdzislaw Majrowski's life took place in Munich (pastiches of 17th century painting, Dutch school).
His journey in search of his own forms of expression and himself in painting began in earnest in the mid-1980s.
Zdzislaw Majrowski's paintings are in many contemporary art galleries and private collections in Europe, America and Japan.
