Kazimierz Wiszniewski (1894-1960) - painter and graphic artist, suffering from deafness. He studied with Ignacy Pienkowski, Konrad Krzyzanowski and Wladyslaw Skoczylas (Warsaw School of Fine Arts), among others. The work of W. Skoczylas had the greatest influence on him and directed him to choose woodcut as the main technique for his works.
