Visentini's engraving according to Canaletto, from the work Urbis Venetiarum Prospectus Celebriores (Famous Views of Venice). The engravings of Venice were created by the British consul and collector Joseph Smith. Antonio Visentini (1688-1782), Italian painter and engraver, best known for his vedutas of Venice.
