In the lower left corner, description of the figure: "Alex", and in the upper right corner the number: "27". The work is a sketch of a young Alexander Jagiellon, later king of Poland, for an unrecognized painting (perhaps "Dlugosz teaching the sons of Casimir Jagiellon" known in Florian Zinc's version).
