A native of Lodz, painter, graphic artist, draughtsman, although without academic education - one of the most outstanding Polish graphic artists. He was a member of ZPAP since 1962. He was involved in printmaking, ex-libris, drawing and easel painting. His works have been exhibited in Belgium, France, Spain, Japan, Canada, Mexico, the United States and Cuba, among others, and have also found their way into the collections of the National Museums in Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan and the Art Museum in Lodz. He has received more than 40 awards and prizes at exhibitions and competitions.
