In 1932, he settled in Węgrów with his brother Aleksander Wiszniewski, the district governor. Here, for nine years, enraptured by the beauty of the architecture of Węgrów's monuments and the beauty of the surrounding nature, he created masterpieces of graphic art - woodcuts and watercolor paintings.
