Wilhelm "Wilk" Ossecki (22.05.1892 Brody - 29.11.1958 Piastów Powi. Pruszków) graphic artist and painter, also draftsman and teacher. Studied from 1910 to 1918 at the School of Fine Arts (SSP) in Cracow in the painting department under Jozef Pankiewicz (also lessons in graphic arts) and under Wojciech Weiss. From 1920 to 1934 he lived and worked in Poznan, at that time he also traveled to France for artistic practice, from 1934 he lived in Wilanow, where he was, among other things, custodian of the Branicki collections. From the interwar period active in secondary art education. Extensive graphic work in numerous graphic techniques (about several hundred engravings, numerous graphic portfolios), in addition to printmaking he also practiced applied graphics.
